Torque clutch
The presented torque clutch is used in many industries.
Thanks to its compact design and the possibility of cooperation with PLC controllers, it is perfect for small devices such as threading machines, as an overload clutch, as well as in mining machines, protecting the tool against breaking off.
The most important innovation in this solution is the use of an air bag to which a medium in the form of compressed air is supplied. The air pressure ensures the generation of a pushing force with the possibility of smooth regulation and its changes during operation.
The higher the pressure applied to the clutch pad, the more pressure the balls exert on the toothed disc, which results in the clutch transferring more torque to the tool. Torque control can be both manual and automatic.
An additional clutch option is the Morse cone DIN-228 output
